The LUMONT group of real estate development and management companies is celebrating its 10th anniversary!

Most often, home builders take care of the building, and its future residents take care of home and comfort. We care about both. We do not only build houses – we build them where we ourselves would like to live, we build them as if we were going to settle in them ourselves and we create the kind of environment that we would sincerely wish for our family and loved ones. We take care not only of the technical side of the building, but also of the homes of future residents, their privacy, comfort and reliability.

Having taken a huge risk, we built the first multi-apartment buildings in Kunigiškės back in 2012. A quiet place, 3 km away from the city of Palanga, where a remote and neat section of the sea coast can be reached on foot in just a few minutes, and cozy, modern, economical and bright apartments – advantages that have not gone unnoticed by buyers.

In 2015, we started developing the first project in the very center of the resort – Maironis house, which we implemented in three stages, during each of them we built a separate multi-apartment building of four floors, each of which finally harmoniously merged into a single whole. Since the comfort and privacy of future residents were one of the most important criteria for us, we chose such solutions that would allow even those living in the busy center of the resort to create a cozy and peaceful everyday life.

Returning to Kunigiške in 2017, we built 17 houses in the closed area. All homes are sold fully furnished, pleasing with spacious terraces and a private plot of land. We have not forgotten practical solutions to ensure convenience – each house is equipped with spacious storage rooms for bicycles or other sports equipment.

In the same year 2017, the development of the first stage of the Vanagupė Park project began in an exclusive place surrounded by pine forests and sea breeze, which dictated extremely high requirements. Harmonious integration into the local landscape, architectural solutions that do not disturb the aesthetics of the sea became the axis of our vision. Challenging ourselves to perfectly combine quality, aesthetics, luxury and functionality, we not only built buildings for comfortable everyday life or vacations, but also contributed to the creation of cozy homes that protect peace and privacy, where every moment can be enjoyed. In 2018-2022, further stages of the Vanagupė Park project are being successfully developed.

In 2020, the awareness of investing in health – not only physical, but also spiritual and psychological – inspired us to create services for leisure experiences at the seaside. In 2020, when the legendary hotel “Žilvinas” came into our hands, we felt a great responsibility to bring this building reminiscent of the past and with architectural value to a new stage of life. In order to maintain the continuity of the history of “Žilvinas”, we preserved as many original interior elements as possible in the hotel’s common rooms and apartments. Restaurant “grás”, opened in 2021, did not leave indifferent both the visitors of the resort and the local residents.  We carefully consider every detail of hotels and restaurants and its implementation: to receive warmly, to hear, to surprise.

The success of the projects implemented in the period 2012-2022 pushed us to create and plan further, setting even higher goals. In commemoration of this anniversary, we also introduce the latest projects developed by LUMONT in the exclusive, greenest part of the Palanga resort – “Viešnagė”, “Vila Lūšis” and “Voveraitė”.
