Vila Lūšis
Like a lynx looking at the pine forest of a mature fairytale park… The building, designed by architect Donatas Rakauskas, is reminiscent of the silhouette of a wild animal – the lynx – surrounded by nature. Only five exclusive apartments with panoramic windows, spacious balconies and terraces have been designed in the villa.
Project features
Based in the heart of Palanga’s Old Town, the small, extremely private building with only 5 exclusive apartments combines the latest technologies and long-lasting, time-tested materials. The exterior of the building uses handmade Petersen bricks combined with brass façade elements, and the inside is equipped with biometric door locks for optimal convenience, lifts for easy movement and a car lift for access to a spacious, enclosed and secure underground garage.
